The box showed up in really great shape. It was packed really well, and I didn’t notice any dents or scratches

I had to exchange my chair because I somehow managed to pick the wrong size. I was expecting it to be a whole annoying process, but to be fair, they replied quickly and got everything sorted out without much hassle. The replacement showed up in good shape, i’m happy with it.

The chair was fine at first, but once I needed help with the warranty, it turned into a whole thing lol. It took a bunch of emails, replies were slow, and I never really felt like anyone was trying that hard to actually fix the issue. Not the worst experience ever, but their support definitely needs some work.

The refund did come through, so I’m not really complaining. It took a few days, and my usual mental shortcut is that if I don’t see money back fast, something’s gone wrong. But in this case, it was okay overall and eventually showed up.

I bought a refurbished office chair from Seating Mind, i’m happy with it overall. It doesn’t feel sketchy or cheaply fixed up, which was my main concern going in.

The chair feels sturdy, clean, and comfortable, and all the adjustments work the way they should. If you look closely, you can tell it’s refurbished, mine had a small mark on the base, but it’s nothing that ruins the look or affects how it works.
I’d say it’s a solid 4-star experience. For the price, the refurb quality feels worth it, but the small cosmetic stuff could’ve been checked a little more carefully before shipping.
